“Consumer brands and related tech is all we do. We’ve built global brands and industry-leading teams, so we see the world differently to most VCs and use our first-hand experience to support and advise Founders.”

— Tom March, Founder

  • I started my career in finance as a trainee trader, before becoming a partner at S&W Investments, co-managing c$1bn investing in companies globally.

As an equity investor I saw the impact of digital disruption on incumbents across many sectors and after 12 years decided to back the challengers, launching Redrice in 2017.

I’m fascinated by consumer psychology, always considering what determines consumer preferences and the success of one brand over another. I also love to help people succeed.

Founding Redrice has always been about building a business that I’d love to work in and ensuring other people would too.

  • In the late 90s I co-founded advertising agency Fallon London, and helped it grow from a start-up to a 190-person, multi award-winning agency. We went on to sell the business to Publicis, where I became Global CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi.

I’m passionate about all things ‘brand’. My focus at Redrice is helping Founders build long-term brand value - taking their brands from being part of culture, to shaping it.

  • I left my role in corporate broking to co-found Writtle Holdings, which has become one of the largest private media groups in the UK. I’ve also seeded businesses such as Purple Bricks and Eagle Eye Solutions, supporting them through to IPO.

I'm fascinated by new technologies and trends. At Redrice, I offer operational advice, and have an extensive network of investors, senior operators and successful Founders.

  • I founded FinTech startup, Commodity Flow, which was acquired by S&P in 2016. I then took up the role of Head of Product at Keytree, a successful clienteling product adopted by global brands, and COO at another FinTech which went on to be sold for ~$100m.At Redrice my focus is on all things Tech.

I love Tech which serves a need but more than that, I love effective execution - it’s all about the people. I hope I have some empathy for what it’s like starting out as a Founder based on personal experience.

  • Prior to joining Redrice, I worked at Deutsche Bank, advising some of the world’s biggest consumer brands on their M&A. I left this role and joined Redrice after realising I wanted to work more closely with challenger brands disrupting the status quo.

I love meeting Founders developing innovative and meaningful consumer products and services, particularly across health, community-led platforms, and femtech. My inbox is always open so if that’s you, then please get in touch.

  • I’m an investor in early-stage Tech start-ups with a focus on applying innovations in science to address global issues.

From 2011 to 2020, I was the Investment Director at Sussex Place Ventures investing in areas such as Nanotechnology and Cloud-enabled digital twin management. Prior to a career in venture capital, I was an industry operator in the semiconductor sector, with a leading diode manufacturer in China.

I enjoy working with technical Founders to help them identify an application use for their innovation which unlocks a step-change increase in value.

  • I joined Thomas Pink as CFO when it was a small founder-led business with less than £10m in revenue. I managed the sale to LVMH, became CEO, internationalised the brand, took it online and reached peak sales of £75 million.

I get both the detail and the big picture, and love helping Founders simplify their business issues to ensure they focus on the key issues that will propel them forwards.
